Who better to guide us through a live conversation with music and footy as the lynchpins? Francis has fashioned a successful career out of a deep love and impeccable knowledge of both. He’s not only the perfect man for the job, he’s the only man for the job.
We first met Francis as a presenter on Triple J at a time when Wayne Carey was The King and Plugger was winning the Coleman Medal. He was a man of impeccable taste in music, clobber and culture back then (Francis, not Plugger), and nothing has changed. You’ll now find Francis hosting ABC Grandstand Breakfast and appearing regularly on The Offsiders on ABC TV. He doesn’t mind a tweet either, and they’re always good.
Under St Francis’ expert guidance, our superstars of run & kick and rock & roll will be in the best of hands come July 10th – sort of like an umpire, only likeable and popular.
